Kutsu Ylioppilaskamerat ry:n sääntömääräiseen vaalikokoukseen, joka pidetään 7.12.2022 klo 19:00 kattosauna Sivistyksellä osoitteessa Leppäsuonkatu 11, 3. kerros. Järjestämme pikkujoulut samassa tilassa klo 18:00 alkaen.
Kokouksessa käsitellään seuraavat sääntömääräiset asiat:

Kokouksen avaus

Valitaan kokoukselle puheenjohtaja, sihteeri, kaksi pöytäkirjantarkastajaa ja tarvittaessa kaksi ääntenlaskijaa

Todetaan kokouksen laillisuus ja päätösvaltaisuus

Hyväksytään kokouksen esityslista
-
Valitaan hallituksen puheenjohtaja ja muut jäsenet seuraavalle kalenterivuodelle
-
Valitaan yhdistyksen virkailijat ja muut toimihenkilöt seuraavalle kalenterivuodelle
-
Valitaan yksi tai kaksi tilintarkastajaa ja heille varatilintarkastajat seuraavalle tilikaudelle
-
Käsitellään muut kokouskutsussa mainitut asiat
Kokoukseen voi osallistua etäyhteydellä jos olet estynyt tulemaan paikanpäälle. Tässä tapauksessa pyydä sähköpostilla kutsulinkki kokoukseen.

Invitation to the statutory election meeting of Ylioppilaskamerat ry, which will be held on 7 December 2022 at 19:00 at kattosauna Sivistys at Leppäsuonkatu 11, 3rd floor. We will have a pre Christmas party at the same event from 18:00.
The following statutory matters will be discussed at the meeting:

Opening of the meeting

The chair, secretary, two auditors and if necessary two vote counters are selected

The legality and quorum of the meeting is established

The agenda for the meeting is approved

The chair and other members of the board are elected for the following calendar year

The officials and other servants of the association are elected for the following calendar year

One or two auditors are elected and their deputy auditors for the following calendar year

Other matters mentioned in the invitation to the meeting will be discussed
